Course Overview
The class aim is to get you in a relaxing mood , away from the daily stress and tasks, and start to build something significant for you, as a couple. Every class starts with warm-up exercises inspired by Yoga-Vinyasa and continue with dancing movements that can later be added in the choreography.
Every bride wants to get in shape for her wedding. At EmeraldVibe we combine dancing lessons with aerobic and fitness exercises. The well-designed Figure8Fitness class will be delivered for the brides and her loved ones in an intense 55 min dance-workout, which will work your body in a gracious way and offers you the perfect boost of energy.
